A few things worth knowing
Clear answers, upfront.
How does booking work?
Choose a package, enter your preferred Eastern date and start time, and send your request. No calendar time is reserved until we approve your appointment. Fres reviews the project and location. A shoot is confirmed only after written approval and the 25% deposit; the remaining balance is due before production. No payment is taken when you request a time.
When can I book?
Clients may enter any preferred future date and time in Atlanta / Eastern Time, including evenings and weekends. Choose whatever start time suits your schedule. All times require approval. Property and drone shoots depend on daylight, location and weather conditions.
Can I use my content in paid ads?
After full payment, your included license covers your own business website, organic social and paid advertising using All VP Media’s final assets. Third-party music, stock, talent likeness, account posting and exclusivity may have separate limits. We specify those in the project agreement. Raw files and resale rights are separate.
What is included in the shoot price?
The listed deliverables, one location within 25 miles of Downtown Atlanta, standard editing and one minor revision round requested within 7 days of delivery. Extra locations, extended coverage, talent, special permits and licensing are quoted before approval.
