All VP Media licenses the agreed final assets for your own business website, organic social and paid ads, worldwide and without a fixed end date unless your written scope states otherwise.

People, music & partners.

Talent likeness, voice, music, stock, personal-account posting, exclusivity and third-party material follow their own agreed terms. We document the platforms, territory and duration where applicable.

Outside the standard package

Raw files & ownership.

Unedited files, resale, sublicensing, copyright transfer and AI training or cloning rights require express written agreement. Paying for production does not automatically transfer copyright.

Before production begins

One agreement. Fewer surprises.

The brief: deliverables, duration, format, location and intended use.
The budget: production, talent, expenses, licenses, deposit and balance.
The schedule: shoot date, review dates, delivery and revisions.
The rights: who may use what, on which channels, and for how long.
The policies: cancellation, weather, permissions and any custom exceptions.

The signed project agreement governs your specific engagement. The photographer generally owns copyright in their photographs, subject to applicable work-for-hire and transfer rules. U.S. Copyright Office: photography

Can I use my content in paid ads?

After full payment, your included license covers your own business website, organic social and paid advertising using All VP Media’s final assets. Third-party music, stock, talent likeness, account posting and exclusivity may have separate limits. We specify those in the project agreement. Raw files and resale rights are separate.

Is an on-camera creator included?

On-camera talent is an optional, separately quoted service. Production fees, the talent’s appearance fee, paid-ad usage term, personal-account posting and exclusivity are agreed individually. A free planning call helps us match the concept and rights to your budget.
