Please review these policies before requesting a date or purchasing a resource.
Appointment requests & payment
Requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and are offered up to 90 days ahead in America/New_York time. An available opening is not a confirmed appointment. We review the location, scope and logistics first. Paid shoots require written approval and a 25% deposit to confirm; the balance is due before production. Free calls require written appointment approval. No payment is collected at the request step.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Give at least 48 hours’ notice for one included date change within 60 days, subject to availability, with the deposit credited to the new date. For a client cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is credited toward a rescheduled session within 60 days; amounts paid beyond the deposit for unperformed work are refunded. For changes or cancellations inside 48 hours, the deposit may be retained for reserved production time. If All VP Media cancels, choose a reschedule or a refund for unperformed work. Weather, property access & safety
Unsafe weather, unavailable permissions or flight restrictions can prevent outdoor or aerial work. Weather-related reschedules do not incur a rescheduling charge. Drone work is subject to legal airspace access, pilot availability, site approval and safe conditions. Clients must arrange access and required permissions; never assume a requested aerial shot is authorized.
Scope, travel & delivery
Standard packages include one location within 25 miles of Downtown Atlanta, standard editing and the listed deliverables. Additional travel, time, locations, talent, permits and special licensing are quoted before approval. Photos normally arrive within 5 business days and videos within 7 business days after the shoot and approved brief. One minor consolidated revision round must be requested within 7 days of delivery. New concepts, reshoots and raw files require a separate scope.
Monthly plans & renewals
Plans begin on purchase and renew monthly until canceled. Cancel renewal before the next billing date through your Wix account or contact us using the inquiry form. The current paid period is not prorated. Unused shoots or deliverables do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Shoot timing, content approvals and account access are coordinated with the client. Advertising spend, talent, third-party licenses and extra travel are separate. Marketing performance is not guaranteed.
Digital resources, license & access
Creator products are original PDF resources. No video, coaching or membership is included. Paid downloads are released after confirmed payment; placing an unpaid manual-payment order does not release the file. The free guide is available directly. One buyer may use the resource for their own business and adapt the tools for client work, but may not redistribute, resell or publish the source PDF. Educational resources do not guarantee income. For a duplicate purchase or an inaccessible/corrupt file, contact us within 7 days so we can restore access, replace the file or refund a duplicate/unresolved technical purchase. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after a working digital file has been delivered, subject to applicable law.

Contracts & project terms
A written project agreement confirms the approved scope, fees, timeline, permissions, license, revisions and cancellation arrangements before production. Specific signed terms govern that engagement.
