Can I choose my own appointment time?

Yes. Enter your preferred Eastern date and start time without browsing a public calendar. We review your request privately and confirm your appointment or suggest another time.

Is my requested time guaranteed?

No. Your request does not hold a calendar slot. A paid shoot is confirmed after the team approves the time and scope, you sign the service agreement and your 25% deposit is received. Free calls have no deposit.

When can I request a shoot or call?

Monday–Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern, with the entire appointment finishing by 4 p.m. Sunday is closed. Please give at least 24 hours notice, and request dates within 90 days. Daylight, location access and weather may affect outdoor shoots.
