How does booking work?
Choose a package, select an available Eastern time, and send your request. Fres reviews the project and location. A shoot is confirmed only after written approval and the 25% deposit; the remaining balance is due before production. No payment is taken when you request a time.
When can I book?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 9 p.m.–midnight. Wednesday and Sunday: 9 a.m.–midnight. All times are Atlanta / Eastern. Requests need at least 24 hours’ notice and can be made up to 90 days ahead. Property and drone sessions are offered in daylight windows.
Can I use my content in paid ads?
After full payment, your included license covers your own business website, organic social and paid advertising using All VP Media’s final assets. Third-party music, stock, talent likeness, account posting and exclusivity may have separate limits. We specify those in the project agreement. Raw files and resale rights are separate.
What is included in the shoot price?
The listed deliverables, one location within 25 miles of Downtown Atlanta, standard editing and one minor revision round requested within 7 days of delivery. Extra locations, extended coverage, talent, special permits and licensing are quoted before approval.
How soon do I get my files?
Standard photo delivery is within 5 business days; video delivery is within 7 business days after the shoot and receipt of the approved brief. A larger or custom project uses the timeline in your agreement. Rush delivery is quoted if available.
Do you guarantee sales or ad results?
We create clear, useful content and can manage an agreed campaign. Results depend on the offer, audience, budget and market. No package guarantees leads, sales, views or income. Advertising spend is separate from management fees.
Can I reschedule?
With at least 48 hours’ notice, one date change within 60 days is included, subject to availability, with your deposit credited to the new date. Late changes or cancellations may retain the deposit to cover reserved production time. See the full policy before requesting.
Is an on-camera creator included?
On-camera talent is an optional, separately quoted service. Production fees, the talent’s appearance fee, paid-ad usage term, personal-account posting and exclusivity are agreed individually. A free planning call helps us match the concept and rights to your budget.
What are the creator products?
Original downloadable PDF resources. They contain written prompts, worksheets, scripts and checklists—not video courses, coaching or a membership portal. Paid files are released after payment is confirmed. The free guide downloads directly.
How do monthly plans work?
Plans renew monthly until canceled. Book a free fit call first to align the schedule and scope. Cancel renewal before the next billing date; the current month is not prorated. Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Ad spend, talent and extra travel are separate.
