Clear scope protects the project

- Production: creative planning, filming, editing and agreed deliverables.
- Talent: appearance time, preparation and any approved travel.
- Usage: organic or paid advertising, term, territory and named channels.
- Optional: talent account posting, exclusivity or additional versions—only if agreed.
No collaborator is promised until availability and a written agreement are confirmed. AI cloning of likeness or voice, unapproved claims and indefinite exclusivity are excluded unless expressly negotiated.
Is an on-camera creator included?
On-camera talent is an optional, separately quoted service. Production fees, the talent’s appearance fee, paid-ad usage term, personal-account posting and exclusivity are agreed individually. A free planning call helps us match the concept and rights to your budget.
Can I use my content in paid ads?
After full payment, your included license covers your own business website, organic social and paid advertising using All VP Media’s final assets. Third-party music, stock, talent likeness, account posting and exclusivity may have separate limits. We specify those in the project agreement. Raw files and resale rights are separate.
How does booking work?
Choose a package, select an available Eastern time, and send your request. Fres reviews the project and location. A shoot is confirmed only after written approval and the 25% deposit; the remaining balance is due before production. No payment is taken when you request a time.
