Use this checklist after your appointment is approved. Your project agreement sets the final brief and timeline.
Set the scene.
- Have products, menus and spaces ready
- Allow time for setup within the booked session
- Prepare clean wardrobe options if on camera
- Secure property, client and guardian releases as needed
Review and launch.
- Look for your photo delivery within 5 business days
- Video delivery normally takes 7 business days
- Send one consolidated minor revision within 7 days
- Check any music and talent usage limits before running ads
What is included in the shoot price?
The listed deliverables, one location within 25 miles of Downtown Atlanta, standard editing and one minor revision round requested within 7 days of delivery. Extra locations, extended coverage, talent, special permits and licensing are quoted before approval.
How soon do I get my files?
Standard photo delivery is within 5 business days; video delivery is within 7 business days after the shoot and receipt of the approved brief. A larger or custom project uses the timeline in your agreement. Rush delivery is quoted if available.
Can I use my content in paid ads?
After full payment, your included license covers your own business website, organic social and paid advertising using All VP Media’s final assets. Third-party music, stock, talent likeness, account posting and exclusivity may have separate limits. We specify those in the project agreement. Raw files and resale rights are separate.
