1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media management), we generally do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
A. Service Non-Delivery:
If Virtual Profits Media fails to deliver the services outlined in the agreement or contract due to a failure on our part, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Service non-delivery means we have not started or completed any work that has been mutually agreed upon.
B. Cancellations Before Project Start:
If you wish to cancel a project or service before any work has begun, a full refund may be granted, minus any payment processing fees or administrative costs. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the initial payment to qualify for a full refund.
C. Long-Term Projects:
For long-term projects with ongoing monthly payments (such as SEO or social media management), you may cancel services at any time, but refunds will not be provided for work already completed or in progress. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you may request to stop the service from the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Work in Progress: If work has already started on your project, but not completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of the work completed.

Client Delays: If delays are caused by the client (failure to provide information or approvals), no refund will be issued for the time lost, as this is beyond our control.

Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations, strategy sessions, or audits are non-refundable, as these are considered one-time services.
4. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days to inform you whether your refund request has been approved, denied, or if more information is required.
5. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

7. Modifications to Services
In some cases, rather than providing a refund, we may offer to modify or adjust the service to better meet your expectations. This option will be discussed with the client on a case-by-case basis.
